This whiskey is 70% Rye Malt Whiskey, 20% Bourbon, and the
remaining 10% is Corn Whiskey, Wheat Malt, and Barley Malt.
Returned to Bourbon barrels from Canton Cooperage, which we
have had since new, this a combination of ten whiskies, now 8 to 13
years old.

NOSE - Toasted oak, cinnamon cookies, caramels, butterscotch, almond pastry
PALATE - Entry is bold at midpalate with toasted almond, roasted
grains, sugared walnuts, charred oak. The finish is vanilla, spices,
toasted oak and butter
Mouthfeel is smooth and refined.
