Begun as an experiment in aging spirits, continued as a breakthrough favorite, our Aged Gin is intensely earthy and spicy. It is a perfect blend of juniper berries, coriander, cardamom, lemon peel, orange peel, grains of paradise, licorice root, orris root, rosemary and cinnamon sticks.
The proprietary blend of botanicals was expertly distilled in neutral grain spirits made of 80% GMO-free corn from Quebec and 20% organic wheat from Italy.
NOSE - Oak, cardamom, coriander, juniper, citrus & vanilla
PALATE - Earth, black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, juniper
FINISH - Warm crisp finish of cinnamon & cardamom
